Opinions may differ..
Yesterday i posted this Video about the idea of building an islamic center near ground zero.
I really dont support this idea. But what happend yesterday was not what i thought about, when i'm talkin about freedom of speech.
After the rememberance of 9/11 the two parties, the pro-islamiccenter and the anti-islamiccenter, started pretty loud crosstalk. Because of these different opinions the people that should be united in this rememberance for the victims of 9/11 devide the country.
Now i'm not sure if its right to build a mosque or not but im really sure, that it is wrong to forget what 9/11 was all about and to lose respect towards the victims.
The only thing I know is, that we shouldnt forget them!

Burning a Book
Its been all over the news in the last few days.
A poor old guy from Gainesville is goin to burn a book. Well actually about 200 of them.
And over in another country they feel provoked, because they live by this book..
Seriously, isnt all this stuff just stupid?
In all the muslim countries the anger is boiling about some burned books, but has someone ever tried to build a christian church in one of those countries?
They would not burn the books, they would burn down the whole church.
After hearing about the idea of burning this book, Afghanistans president Hamid Karsai said "Even if we heard that you're not goin to burn it, you shouldnt even think about it."
I'm really not sure if this Jones isnt mixing something up... a koran is not the book of terrorism.
I think he should stop this stupid act of hate before someone really feels insulted.
